Box Score BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Campbell swept singles competition and picked up a 6-1 win over Mount Olive, Saturday afternoon at the Nesbitt Center.
The Camels move to 1-1 overall on the season.
Adi Dagan and Alex Fragasso secured the lone doubles point for the Camels with a 6-3 win over Philip Peter Carstensen and Kristoffer Dalbak. Joao Matias Sonaglia and Luke Oosthuizen of Mount Olive defeated Aleksandar Hudjec and Luke Tollenaar 6-0 while Viggo Lindstrup and Hampus Hagglund secured the doubles point for the Trojans with a 6-2 win over Thomas Drapeau and Matias Lofink.
Campbell swept all six singles matches, dropping just one set overall. Drapeau earned a 6-2, 6-4 win over Dalbak, Dagan defeated Bram Poel 7-5, 6-3 and Tollenaar earned a 6-1, 6-4 win over Carstensen.
Hagglund took the first set off Hudjec, 6-3, before falling 6-3, 6-3. Fragasso earned a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Lindstrup while Lofink took down Sonaglia 6-2, 6-4.
Campbell returns to action on Tuesday at North Carolina.Â
