TOWSON, MD. – Cleveland Charlton's 18-yard toe-tapping touchdown catch with 38 seconds to play lifted Towson over visiting Campbell 35-31 in the season finale for both teams on Saturday at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
Towson finished the season at 6-6 overall and 4-4 in CAA play, while the Camels suffered their fifth consecutive loss, closing out the 2025 campaign at 2-10 overall and 2-6 in conference games.
The game was Campbell's seventh one-score game of the season (1-6), and fourth consecutive loss by seven or fewer points.
The Camels took a 31-21 lead with 11:54 to play in the fourth quarter on
Ethan Lawrence's second touchdown run of the half before the Tigers scored on their final two possessions, with Winston Watkins hitting CJ Schaeffer for a 64-yard score, followed by Charlton's highlight catch off the pass from Andrew Indorf.
Indorf completed 16-of-26 throws for 196 yards and four touchdowns, while Lukkas Londono collected two TDs on three catches with 80 yards. Schaeffer gathered a pair of catches for 67 yards, including the 64-yard touchdown, while Watkins rushed for 40 yards on nine carries.
Myles Brodie led the Tigers defensively with 10 tackles, adding a breakup, while Kaden White posted nine tackles, including 1.0 stop for loss.
Kamden Sixkiller led Campbell with 258 yards passing and a touchdown, completing 27-of-37 passes, while Lawrence rushed for two TDs with 66 yards on 13 carries.
Randall King logged his fifth career 100-yard receiving game and fourth of the season, tallying 121 yards on eight catches.
Naieem Kearney also rushed for a touchdown, running for 42 yards on 10 carries.
Defensively,
Lakeem Rudolph registered 10 tackles, including 1.0 stop for loss with an interception, while
Logan Livermon made seven tackles.
