BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Featuring challenging nonconference matchups, five home dates and a full eight-game conference slate, Campbell, along with the Coastal Athletic Association, has released its 2026 football schedule.
In addition to their previously announced, highlight matchup at Florida on September 12, the Fighting Camels will open the 2026 season at ETSU on August 29, making their home debut against Western Carolina on September 5, hosting the Catamounts for the second-straight year.
Campbell will take on three first-time opponents in 2026, including the Gators and ETSU, in addition to UAlbany during its conference schedule on October 31 on the road. CU's game at Florida will be the program's first against an SEC opponent.
Following the trip to the Swamp, the Camels kick off CAA play at Barker-Lane Stadium, hosting in-state foe North Carolina A&T on September 19 before heading to Hampton for the second-straight season on September 26.
Campbell will close out its nonconference slate with a short trip to North Carolina Central on October 3 before the bye week.
Beginning the second half of its schedule at home on October 17 against Towson, Campbell will take on six-straight CAA opponents, also traveling to Maine for the first time on October 24, then returning North to face the Danes one week later.
CU will host two of its final three games in Buies Creek, with Stony Brook on November 7, another close road matchup at Elon on November 14, finally closing out the regular season on November 21 against Monmouth.
