BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Bria Foley scored the game-winner with 21 seconds in the first half of overtime to lead Wofford over Campbell 11-10 Wednesday night at Barker-Lane Stadium.

Campbell (1-3) took a 10-8 lead with 2:28 to go in the fourth quarter before Wofford (1-3) scored twice in the final 1:18 of regulation, including netting the game-tying goal with 17 seconds left, to send the game into overtime.

The Camels jumped out to a 3-0 advantage in the first five minutes of the game on two goals from Caroline Laur and one from Delaney Nicolaus. Wofford answered by scoring five unanswered goals to close out the first period and open the second.

Bridget Ahlgren scored twice in the second quarter for the Camels who never trailed by as many as two, as Wofford led 6-5 after halftime and 8-7 after three quarters.

Campbell knotted the game at 8-8 on an unassisted goal from Rasa Welsh and eventually took its first lead since the first quarter on a free position goal from Paige White with less than six minutes remaining in regulation. Ahlgren put the Camels ahead by two, scoring her third goal of the day with 2:28 left.

Wofford answered as Foley scored with 1:18 to go while Emma Stalteri scored the tying goal with 17 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Campbell won the ensuing draw but had its potential game-winner saved on a shot on goal by Nicolaus as time expired.

The Camels won the opening draw of overtime but turned the ball over leading to the sudden-victory winning goal by Foley with 21 seconds left in the first half of overtime.

Foley along with Stalteri each recorded hat tricks for the Terriers while Laura Montagna added one goal and three assists. Olivia Graebner had caused five turnovers and picked up three ground balls.
