Campbell falls to Towson 2-1 in last game of the series

TOWSON, Md. - Campbell fell to Towson 2-1 in the last game of the series. 

The Camels are now 22-8 (8-1 CAA) for the year, and the Tigers improved to 13-15 (4-5 CAA). 

Madison Ford hit an RBI single in the first inning, scoring Charlie Montgomery, who reached base on a walk, giving the Camels their first and only run of the game. In the bottom of the fifth inning, Cara Bohner hit an RBI double for the Tigers, and then Grace Franczyk followed up with an RBI sacrifice fly. 

Amanda Medina (4-4) was credited with the win after pitching 3.0 innings and allowing two hits, no runs, one walk and four strikeouts.

Megan Gregory (5-2) was credited with the loss after pitching 4.0 innings and allowing three hits, two earned runs, one walk and two strikeouts.
