Fanni Gronlund is tied for 10th individually and Campbell is 10th in the team standings after Sunday's first round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional at The Rawls Course.
With wind gusts reaching 30 miles per hour and rock hard green conditions, only five golfers in the 64-player field finished the day in red numbers.
No. 7 Wake Forest leads the 12-team event at one-over 289, one shot clear of No. 6 Texas. Iowa State is third (298), while Arizona and Tennessee are tied for fourth (305). Campbell finished the day five shots (310) below the team cut line with 36 holes remaining to be played.
The event was moved up one day due to expected foul weather. After Sunday morning's practice round, teams started the first round Sunday afternoon. The 54-hole event continues through Wednesday. Live scoring is available at

The top five teams (and top individual from non-qualifying teams) from each of six regional sites will advance to the NCAA Championship May 16-21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Champions Course in Carlsbad, Calif.
Carolina Chacarra of Wake Forest and Lousiane Gauthier of Florida Gulf Coast lead the event at 3-under par, one stroke ahead of Texas teammates Cindo Hsu and Farah O'Keefe.
The CAA rookie of the year, Gronlund finished her day at 2-over 74 on the par-72, 6701-yard Tom Doak design. Junior

Jade Potter (81) are tied for 44th, 48th and 54th, respectively.
Campbell will be paired with Tarleton State and Texas A&M Corpus Christi for Monday's second round and start from the 10th tee at 8:55 a.m. (CDT).
