BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell wrestling heads to Lexington, Virginia, for a SoCon matchup with VMI. The Camels will face the Keydets in Cormack Hall on Friday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.

SCOUTING VMI
The Keydets enter the matchup with a 4-7 overall record and a 0-4 mark in SoCon duals. VMI is coming off a 24-18 loss to Davidson.
Braxton Lewis (184 pounds) and Toby Schoffstall (197) were named to the preseason All-SoCon team. VMI is led by head coach Jim Gibson in his seventh season.

Campbell wrestling dropped its home finale Sunday afternoon, falling 47-0 to Chattanooga at Carter Gym.
The Camels were unable to generate momentum against the Mocs, who won eight bouts by bonus points or forfeit. Chattanooga opened the dual with a technical fall at 149 pounds and maintained control throughout the afternoon.
PRESEASON TALK
Campbell was picked to finish sixth in the Southern Conference preseason poll, as voted on by the league's head coaches.
The Camels enter their first season under head coach
TJ Dudley, a three-time All-American who was promoted after serving as a Campbell assistant. Dudley takes over a program that went 7-1 in SoCon duals last season, earning wins over Gardner-Webb, Chattanooga, Davidson, Bellarmine, Presbyterian, VMI and Appalachian State.
