Five teams earn NCAA APR Public Recognition Awards

BUIES CREEK - Five Campbell teams received the NCAA Public Recognition Award, which go to teams earning multiyear Academic Progress Rates in the top 10 percent of all squads in their respective sport.

This year, women's basketball, women's golf, women's tennis, men's tennis, and volleyball each received the honor.

"This tremendous accomplishment demonstrates the commitment to academic success Campbell student-athletes, coaches, faculty and staff embody each and every day," said Campbell Director of Athletics Hannah Bazemore. "Our programs and student-athletes continue to set record-breaking marks in the classroom while competing at the highest level in competition. This honor is a true testament to the culture of our department and its 21 programs, which allows our student-athletes to realize their full potential."

This marks the fourth straight year that women's basketball, women's golf, and volleyball have received the award, marking every year since the award resumed following a COVID hiatus.
