Campbell University

Campbell's swimming team stands in a tight huddle at the edge of the pool of the Hampton Aquaplex, arms around each other’s shoulders, smiling and cheering. Many wear black or white swim caps with the Fighting Camels logo, along with swimsuits and goggles. The large aquatic center features multiple lanes, blue-and-white lane lines, spectators in the stands, and swimmers warming up in the background.

Swimming again named CSCAA Scholar All-America Team

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Once again posting one of the top GPAs in the country, Campbell has been honored as a College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Spring 2026 Scholar All-America Team presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps.

Owning a combined 3.74 team GPA over the 2025-26 season, Campbell is the only CAA program that maintained CSCAA Scholar All-America status (3.0+) and stayed above 3.7 over both semesters.

Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2026 grade point averages and were required to achieve a team GPA of 3.00 or higher to earn Scholar All-America recognition.

Campbell was one of 714 total teams from 418 institutions as Scholar All-America Teams for the Spring 2026 semester across all divisions in collegiate men's and women's swimming. These teams, comprising 16,680 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
