Biography
2023 (Senior):
- Appeared in and started final game of the season against Monmouth
- Made seven saves in the game while facing 21 shots
2022 (Junior):
- Appeared in 12 games with 11 starts and 1,010 minutes
- Recorded four shutouts in starts
- Made 36 saves with a 0.735 save percentage
- Recorded a 5-3-3 record
2021 (Sophomore):
- Appeared in seven games, making five starts and totaling 421 minutes as keeper
- Recorded one shutout in win over USC Upstate
- Combined for another shutout in win over Hampton
- Made 11 saves and allowed just six goals for a 1.28 goals against average
- Held a 4-1-0 record in the goal
2020-21 (Freshman):
- Appeared in 11 games, making nine starts as keeper
- Recorded three shutouts and one combined shutout
- Made 21 saves, allowing seven goals
- Totaled 901 minutes on the season
Prep/Personal:
- Attended Kingsway Regional HS in Woolwich, N.J.
- Recorded 113 saves and allowed just 21 goals for a 1.292 goals against average in 1300 minutes played
- Selected to All-South Jersey Third team and was named a Top-20 South Region player in 2019
- Also named All-Conference first team and received sectional recognition in 2019
- Was an honor roll member all four years of high school
- Played club soccer with SJEB Rush 01 Girls Academy under head coach Jeff Zoyac
- Played four years of basketball at Kingsway Regional, earning an awards for Commitment/Service/Devotion and as a team captain
- Majoring in Kinesiology on the Pre-Physician Assistant track with plans to attend medical school following graduation
- Daughter of Stephen and Beverly Martelli; has one brother, Stephen Jr.

"Stephanie has an exceptional ability to cover ground and is powerful in her movements. Her size and explosive ability will be an incredible asset as she brings a very big presence behind our back line. SHe has a very high ceiling and extreme drive to get better. Stephanie is a very good pick up for us that will enhance our goalkeeping unit quite significantly. This will be the strongest overall goalkeeping unit we have had in my time here and we are ready to get to work with this group."
