Archer joined the Campbell program in Fall of 2023 as the Director of Offensive Development. In his role, Archer assists with the offensive and defensive philosophy of the team, as well as working day-to-day with the infielders.Â
In the year prior, Archer coached for Yakima Valley, part of American Legion baseball in Washington. He also coached at Selah High School (Wa.).
Archer played for Bellevue College (Wa.) in 2019 and the shortened 2020 season before transferring to Radford University in 2021. During his time with the Highlanders, Archer hit .300 while starting 37 games. He recorded 39 hits and 21 RBI.
Archer has a bachelor's degree in social sciences and a masters degree in elementary education. He attended Selah HS, where he was a member of the 2016 state championship team.Â
