Kicker Caleb Dowden and punter Corey Petersen were also named second team All-Big South.
In 2023, Campbell special teams set another milestone, with VJ Wilkins, one of the nation’s top kick returners and wide receivers, earning Freshman All-American honors, in addition to All-CAA accolades. Campbell’s special teams units again ranked among the best in the FCS, standing 15th nationally in punt return defense (4.11), among other categories.
