Luchiano Gomez-Joseph joined Campbell’s staff in June 2024 as Director of Player Development after working as an NBA skills trainer.
In his role with the Camels, Gomez-Joseph helps with on-court skill development and aiding coaches as a defensive assistant, among other duties.
Most recently, Gomez-Jospeh worked as an NBA skills trainer in Miami, where he trained numerous NBA players including Brandon Knight, Rodney Hood, Gary Trent Jr., Alex Len, Terrrence Davis, Chris Silva and others. He also helped coordinate film sessions with NBA Skills Trainer Stanley Remy.
Gomez-Joseph earned his B.S. in health sciences in 2021 from USF, where he spent his undergraduate years serving as the team’s head student-manager. Following graduation he remained on staff as a graduate assistant for the Bulls from 2021-2023 while earning his masters of science in global sustainability.
The Ocala, Fla. native played three years of high school ball and helped his team to the 2018 state runner-up.
