Made his collegiate debut off the bench against UNC Pembroke (12/20)...

2007-08:  Practiced with the team, but did not see game action while sitting out as a red-shirt...

Prep:  Named South Johnston High School Male Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2006-07... Coached by his father, David... Led SJHS to an 81-31 record in his four varsity seasons... Averaged 16.1 points, 4.3 rebound and 8.2 assists as a senior, when he earned all-conference honors for the third time in his career... Scored 33 points in one game vs. Western Harnett as a senior... A four-time academic all-conference choice in basketball... Named MVP of the Johnston County Christmas Tournament as a junior and senior... Averaged 18 points, 4.3 rebounds an 4.9 assists during his junior year... Concluded his prep career with 1196 points and a school-record 520 assists...

Personal:  Has one sister, Liza (25) and one brother, Will (17)... Also was a four-time all-conference and academic all-conference performer for his high school tennis team... Played AAU ball with the Wilmington Warriors... National Honor Society student...
