Prep:  As a senior, he was named NCPreps All-State, All-District, All-Area, All-Conference, District Player of the Year, Area Player of the Year and Conference Player of the Year… Averaged 22 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists and made 89 3-pointers… Tied for team scoring honors with 16 points (3-6 threes, 5-6 FT) in the 2009 North Carolina East-West All-Star game at the Greensboro Coliseum… Led Camden County to a 25-4 won-lost record and berth in the 1-A state tournament East Regional… Helped lead Camden County to sectional championships in 2006, 2007 and 2009… Shot 45 percent from the floor and connected on 78 percent of his free throw attempts, while hitting 36 percent beyond the arc in 2008-09… Scored more than 30 points on eight occasions, including a season-high 40-point effort in a 78-62 victory over Northside High School… Named to the 2009 Eastern Regional all-tournament team and collected District I player of the year honors from the North Carolina Basketball Coaches Association… Also named to the NCBCA All-District first team, tabbed area player of the year by the Elizabeth City Daily Advance and Albemarle Conference player of the year… Scored a school-record 1859 points and knocked down 244 three-point field goals in his career, while hitting 78 percent of his career chances from the stripe… As a junior, Krainiak added all-district and NCPreps.com 1A All-State honors to his all conference all-area recognition…

Personal:  Joins former high school teammate and 2007 Camden Country grad Preston Dodson on the Fighting Camel roster… Also earned first-team all-conference and All-Albemarle Area recognition in both his junior and senior seasons as a quarterback on the Camden football team… During the 2008 campaign, became the first quarterback in school history to rush (1089) and pass (1504) for more than 1000 yards in a season… Also set a school record by accounting for 34 touchdowns (16 passing, 18 rushing) and was named 2008 Albemarle Conference and Daily Advance player of the year…  Earned first-team all-conference and all-area honors in baseball as well…
