BEFORE CAMPBELL
- Named the Cap-7 Conference Player of the Year as well as the District 5 Player of the Year following her senior year
- Named to the NCBCA All-State Team and participated in the North Carolina East/West All Star game
- Posted 21 ppg, 8 rebounds per game, and 2 blocks per game during her senior season where she was recognized as Leesville Road’s most athletic female
- Finished her high school career with 1,323 points scored
- Was also recognized as a member of NC East/West All Star Academic Team and a member of the National Honors Society
- A three year starter on varsity, she was a three-time conference player of the year and earned first team all-district honors for both her junior and seasons campaigns as well as third team honors her sophomore season
- The daughter of John and Dana Staves
- Father played four years at Division-1 Southern University
- Â Her brother Brandon also played basketball at Guilford College while her cousin Mark Vital currently plays for Baylor
- Also has another sister, Breanna
