Collected seven points and six rebounds in a start at the 2009 North Carolina East-West All-Star Game inside Greensboro Coliseum, her second all-star appearance…led South View High School to two conference championships over her junior and senior seasons…Competed in Delaware prior to those two years, also winning a pair of league titles while taking home rookie of the year honors in 2006, as well as second team all-conference and team MVP accolades as a sophomore…Led the South View Tigers to a combined 54-4 during her two seasons, averaging a double-double, with 17.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game…Also recorded 2.8 blocks and 1.6 assists per contest while collecting a multitude of awards with South View, including two all-region, all-district and all-conference honors, conference player of the year and 2009’s coach’s award…Became only the third player in school history to collect at least 500 points in a year…Was an all-conference volleyball player as well, winning best defensive player honors…Received awards for academic excellence…
