Sydney Jones joined Campbell in July 2025 and serves as the primary contact for baseball, women’s soccer, and indoor track and field.
Jones comes to Campbell from Georgia Southern, where she served as the primary contact for softball, women’s golf, and track and field. She also served as secondary contact for football.
During her time in Statesboro, Jones led media relations efforts for the Eagles' first national championship run in women's golf while also watching the program secure its highest ranking in program history. Jones helped lead social media efforts for football and increased its following by over 40%.
Jones earned her master’s degree in Sport Management in 2025 from Georgia Southern after earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2023 from NC State University.
While at NC State, Jones was a four-year intern in the athletics communications office handling statistical responsibilities and production of game notes along with media requests for coaches and student-athletes. She also worked operation internships for Ripken Baseball and USA Baseball.
Jones is a native of Garner, N.C.
