CARY, N.C.- Campbell continued its fall tournament action as they competed in the ITA Carolina Regional from October 12-14.
 
Louis Monterosso posted a 1-1 record on the weekend with a 6-3, 6-4 victory in doubles play alongside Gerard Sola over UNCG's Jack Burkill and Roger Rogowski. The pair later fell to UNC's Mac Kiger and Josh Peck a 6-3, 7-6 (4) in doubles.
 
Bastien Huon and Ondrej Labik paired up to take on Furman's James Roelofse and Drew Singerman, beating the duo 6-4, 6-2. Huon and Labik also took the second round 6-2, 3-6, 10-4 over Elon's Taylor Foote and Camilo Ponce before falling to UNC's Bo Boyden and Anu Kodali.
 
In singles action, Huon beat UNC's Daniel Belovs with a 6-2, 6-4 mark before losing in the 3^rd round to Furman's Jake Manns who posted a mark of 6-2, 1-6, 6-3.
 
Raphael Calzi and Dustin Werner were the other Camels to grab a doubles win against Coastal Carolina's Luiz Faria and Pyry Hyrkkoken before they were later beat in round 32 by UNCG's Burkill and Rogowski who won 6-0, 4-6, 11-9. Werner posted 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 win in singles play before Charleston's Easton Thomas beat Werner in the third round with a mark of 7-6 (5), 7-5.
 
The Camels return to action Friday, October 26 at the College of Charleston Invitational. The two-day event concludes on Sunday, October 28.
