The Camels' largest lead of six came with 1:20 left in the third quarter at 30-24 after a pair of free throws from Micaila Coleman. The Lancers pulled back even with a 6-0 run in the final minute of the quarter and knot the score at 30-30.

Price responded for the Camels, scoring seven of the final nine points to force overtime. In the extra session, the two sides exchanged leads, but the home side scored eight straight in the final 96 seconds to take the win.

Davis paced the way in the first half for Campbell, scoring eight points on 50 percent (3-6) shooting, along with five boards and four blocks. She was also a perfect 2-for-2 from the line. CU shot just 22.7 percent (5-22) from the field after a 0-for-7 first quarter.

Longwood turned 11 offensive rebounds into 14 second chance points, holding a 12-point advantage in that category.

The Camels won the battle down low, scoring 26 points in the paint and allowing just 18 by the Lancers. Davis also led the effort off the bench, as Campbell outscored Longwood's bench 19-9.

As a team, CU rejected 10 Longwood shots, matching a school record it set two seasons, Feb. 13, 2016, against the same opponent.

Campbell heads to Asheville, N.C. for a 7 p.m. tip-off against UNC Asheville on Tuesday.
