CARY, N.C. ­- Raphael Calzi went undefeated in the singles consolation bracket and Bastien Huon advanced to the third round of the main singles draw over the weekend at the ITA Carolina Regional.
 
Calzi opened the consolation bracket with a 7-6 (5), 6-4 win over North Carolina A&T's Jorge Goenaga, before taking down NC State's Martin Rocens in the third round 6-5, 3-6, 10-3 in route to the flight title.
 
In the main singles draw, Huon opened with a 6-4, 6-3 win over UNCW's Dillon Gooch. He later took down Presbyterian's Maxwell Benson 6-2, 6-1 before falling to Duke's Michael Heller in three sets in the third round 5-7, 6-2, 6-2.
 
In the doubles consolation bracket, Huon pair with Ondrej Labik to pick up a 8-7 (4) win over the Charlotte pair of Brainard and Thomson.
 
Campbell continues fall action this weekend at the Big South Fall Tournament hosted by Presbyterian College.
