ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Fighting Camels began their 2026 fall campaign with competition at the Joe Hunt Invite, hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy from Sept. 11 through Sept. 13.
 
Charlie Ruffell's 3-0 effort in singles competition highlighted the weekend, and the freshman from England also recorded a 4-1 record in doubles play with partner Finn Logue.
 
Transfers Heath Paul Waters and Adam Patry each went 2-1 in their singles matches.
 
While no teams scores were recorded, the Camels matched up against Delaware, Johns Hopkins and George Mason in singles competition.
 
The duo of Juan Francisco Munoz and Arush Gupta also had a strong weekend in doubles play. After dropping its first match, the pair earned victories over teams from Delaware, Fairleigh Dickinson and Colgate.
