Dustin Werner provided the winning point at number one singles and Campbell defeated Presbyterian 4-3 in men's tennis Saturday afternoon.
Werner rallied to defeat Daniel Stenger 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 to give the Camels (8-4, 2-1 Big South) their seventh win in the last eight dual matches.
After PC (10-9, 2-1) won the doubles point,
Ted Williams and
Bastien Huon claimed straight-sets singles victories for the Camels before
Raphael Calzi provided CU's third point with a three-set win at No.-3.
Oscar Alvarez ended
Gerard Sola's seven-match win streak in three sets to bring Presbyterian level at 3-3 before Werner's decisive victory.
The Camels return to action next Friday (Mar. 22) at Longwood.
