COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Campbell track & field team set seven personal records on the first day of the Carolina Challenge in Columbia, S.C. on Friday.

IN THE FIELD
For the women, junior Hailey Huston Myles placed fourth in the long jump after clearing a new personal record 5.57m (18' 3.25"). Freshman Destiny Bailey-Perkins finished fifth in the long jump also setting a new personal record with a 5.54m (18' 2.25") mark.
On the men's side, Ronald Henderson Jr. made his season debut for the Camels by setting a new indoor long jump personal record at 7.12m (23' 4.50").Â
ON THE TRACK
Chastity Pickett led a group of Camels in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 57.20 in the event.
Reggie Barlow set a new personal record in the trials section of the 60 meters, finishing in 6.87 and qualifying for the preliminaries. Barlow later ran a 6.90 in the prelims, finishing slightly behind senior Daequon Carr's time of 6.89.
UP NEXT
Campbell returns to action tomorrow for the second day of the Carolina Challenge while the rest of the team is set for competition at the Liberty Flames Invite in Lynchburg, Va.Â
