Camels announce 2022-23 swim schedule

BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Campbell swimming has announced it's 2022-23 schedule, featuring 12 regular season meets and two postseason meets. The season gets underway on Sept. 24 at home against UNC Pembroke, and runs through March 10 with the CSCAA NIC Meet.

The Camels swim at home four times at the Johnson Aquatic Center. The home slate includes the first two meets of the season, on Sept. 24 against UNCP and Oct. 1 against Liberty. The Camels and Flames will once again see each other four times this year, three times during the regular season and again at the CCSA Meet.

Following the home meet with Liberty it becomes a busy October, with seven meets during the month. The Camels head on the road for five in a row, starting with a tri-meet at ECU on Oct. 7 and then another tri-meet at UNCW against UNCW and Georgia Tech on Oct. 8. The following weekend they'll head to the Sunshine State to face Florida Gulf Coast on Oct. 14-15. Campbell has another back-to-back at Gardner-Webb on Oct. 21 and UNC Asheville on Oct. 22. The month closes back at home against Georgia Southern on Oct. 29.

The fall portion of the schedule concludes with a trip to Lynchburg for the TYR '85 Invite at Liberty from Nov. 18-20.

Campbell opens the spring semester with its final home meet of the year against North Florida on Jan. 14, then rounds out the regular season at Liberty on Jan. 21 and Old Dominion on Jan. 28.

The postseason begins at the CCSA Championships, held this year in Knoxville, Tenn. from Feb. 15-18. Campbell will look to build on its fifth-place finish at the conference meet in 2021.  The final meet on the schedule is the CSCAA National Invitational Championship in Elkhart, Ind. from Mar. 8-10.

Most meet times are set and can be found on the schedule page. The page will be updated with the remaining meet times as they become available.
