Series History
The Camels and Bears have met just twice during a home-and-home in 2015 and 2016. CU went 0-2 in those two games, dropping the first 59-54 and the second 82-66. Chris Clemons scored a team-high 21 in the most recent game between the two.
Know Your Opponent
Morgan State carries a 4-8 record into the contest. The Bears lost seven in a row before stopping the slide with wins over UMBC and Virginia University of Lynchburg. They'll be searching for their first road win of the season, sitting at 0-5 away from home so far.
Wynston Tabbs leads the team in scoring at 16.4 ppg, with two others averaging better than 9.0 ppg. The squad shoots 33% from three, but on low volume, being without a game of 10+ made triples so far this season.
The Bears were picked to finish fourth with two first-place votes in the MEAC preseason poll.
Last Time Out
Campbell torched the nets against St. Augustine's shooting 52% from three and 80% from the floor in the second half. The second-half shooting performance was Campbell's third-best half of shooting in program history, and the best ever with at least 25 FG attempts.
Elijah Walsh set the tone going 4-5 from downtown for a career-high 12 points. All 12 Camels that played scored at least three points, and nine different Camels connected from beyond the arc.
Campbell also dished out 27 assists, its most in a game since 2017.
Looking Ahead
The Camels get 11 days off at Christmas before returning to action on Dec. 30 at St. Francis. That is CU's final non-conference game before embarking on its first season of CAA play beginning at NC A&T on Jan. 4.
