JOHNSON CITY, TENN. - Campbell dropped its third game of the season in a 54-39 loss at ETSU Sunday afternoon at Brooks Gymnasium.

The Fighting Camels fall to 7-3 overall while ETSU picks up its fifth-straight victory and improves to 9-3.

Campbell went scoreless for six minutes in the second quarter and trailed the Buccaneers 23-16 at the intermission. Svenia Nurenberg and Tuelle made consecutive threes and Ezumah's layup with 2:27 left in the period cut ETSU's lead to four. The Bucs answered by outscoring the Camels 15-8 in the fourth.

Christabel Ezumah led the Camels with 11 points, six rebounds and four blocks while Shy Tuelle added 10 points.

Nevaeh Brown led all scorers with 18 points while Kendall Foley scored all 10 of her points in the second half for ETSU.

ETSU made 20-of-49 (40.8 percent) from the floor, 6-of-14 (42.8 percent) from three and went 8-for-10 from the charity stripe. Campbell made 14-of-42 (33.3 percent) from the floor and shot a season-low 18.7 percent (3-of-16) from three.

Campbell concludes non-conference play Thursday, Dec. 21 in a 7:00 PM tip at former Big South rival High Point.
