LAST TIME OUT
- Christabel Ezumah's career-high 21 points wasn't enough as Campbell fell to Presbyterian 60-56 Saturday afternoon at the Templeton Center
- Mara Neira led Presbyterian (12-15, 8-8) with 17 points and four assists while Bryanna Brady and Tilda Sjokvist added 10 each
- Ezumah made 10-of-15 shots and added nine boards for Campbell (14-13, 9-7). Svenia Nurenberg added 12 points while Audrey Fuller and Brittany Staves contributed seven apiece
- Presbyterian jumped out to an early lead behind an 11-2 run to end the first quarter and led 39-27 at the half. The Blue Hose extended their lead to as many as 19 with 1:15 left in the third quarter
- Campbell used a 13-3 run to start the fourth quarter to cut the deficit to single digits. Nurenberg, who scored 10 points in the final period, made it a four-point game after her three-pointer with 2:06 left
- A steal and score by Fuller with less than a minute remaining cut the Blue Hose lead to 58-56. Campbell had a chance to tie or take the lead but turned it over on an inbounds pass with 5.5 seconds left
