BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Campbell lacrosse officially welcomed its class of 2023 to campus this week. The class, consisting of 11 total, includes Helen Bartman, Sam Fratto, Tatiana Gouger, Lexie Jacobs, Emily Jannetty, Caroline Laur, Emily Maloney, Delaney O'Brien, Sienna Roehrich, Emily Wilson and Claire Witt. The class joins a Campbell program that looks to build on the success of last season as the team is set to compete in its inaugural season as a member of the Coastal Athletic Association.
"This 2023 class is special because they will always and forever be the first freshman class in the new era for Campbell Lacrosse," said head coach Dawn Easley. "Stepping up to the CAA these girls have big shoes to fill with how well we ended our 2023 season. This class is also bringing us exciting accolades, speed, grit, and hustle. Their resumes speak for themselves but above all, I know they are going to do an incredible job representing Campbell and Campbell Lacrosse as we always do; great students, and amazing people."
