Series History
The Camels and Tribe are set to meet Thursday night for the first time in nearly 20 years. The sides have met eight total times, with the last coming on Nov. 26, 2005, a 63-79 defeat for Campbell. The teams met for six straight years from '99-'05 before the series went dormant. Campbell's last win came on Nov. 23, 2004, a 13-point victory in Buies Creek.

Know Your Opponent
The Tribe comes in as part of the eight-way tie for third place in the CAA standings, at 7-10, 2-2 in the league. W&M picked up league wins over Elon and Hampton in the early part of league play, and has a loss to Navy on the schedule, the only other common opponent with CU.

W&M brings a balanced scoring effort, with three players averaging 13 ppg and a fourth in double figures. Gabe Dorsey has been the best shooter of the group, leading the team in three-point makes at a 40% clip this season. Gabe's brother, Caleb, is the team's leading rebounder at 6.7 per contest.

The Tribe were picked to finish eighth in the CAA preseason poll, and are led by fifth-year head coach Dane Fischer.

Last Time Out
Campbell downed Hofstra, the defending regular season champs, 69-68 Saturday afternoon. After falling behind by five, the Camels held Hofstra scoreless for the final 3:58 as Anthony Dell'Orso scored the games last six points to lift Campbell to a one-point win.

Dell'Orso posted 29 points and 13 rebounds, the most points in a double-double effort at Campbell since at least 2014. His 13 boards also set a new career-high.

Laurynas Vaistaras scored a career-high 20 and hauled in a career-best 8 rebounds. His 20 points came on 7-7 shooting, including 5-5 from 3. The senior is the first Camel to go at least 5-5 from distance in a game since 2016.

Looking Ahead
The Camels will head a little further north for the weekend to face Towson on Saturday at 2 p.m. Campbell returns to Gore Arena on Jan. 25 to host Elon. That game is set for a 5 p.m. tip-off and is the first of two nationally televised games this season, being broadcast on the CBS Sports Network.
