ELON, N.C. - Audrey Fuller scored a season-high 16 points and Campbell led wire-to-wire in a 53-35 victory over Elon Sunday afternoon at the Schar Center.

Campbell picks up its second straight road win and improves to 11-9 and 4-5 in the CAA while Elon falls to 7-15 and 3-6 in league play.

Fuller scored 11 of the team's 24 first half points, starting off 4-for-4 from the field and 3-for-3 from behind the arc. Gianni Boone added 10 points as the CU bench outscored the Phoenix 28-14. Christabel Ezumah added nine points, seven boards and three blocks while Svenia Nurenberg added five assists and tied her career-high with 11 boards.

Iycez Adams led Elon with 13 points on 5-of-20 shooting and eight boards while both Maraja Pass and Ajia James scored eight points each.

The Camels held Elon to five points in the fourth quarter, including none over the final two minutes. Campbell led by as many as 19 after Fuller scored on a jumper in the lane and converted a free throw.

Campbell made 46.8 percent (22-of-47) from the field and outscored the Phoenix 34-14 in the paint and 12-2 on second chance buckets. Elon shot 26.0 percent (13-of-50) from the floor, 23.5 percent (4-of-17) from three and were out-rebounded 42-23.

Campbell returns to action back at home next Friday at 7 PM against UNCW in its annual Play4Kay game.
