#22 Campbell hosts #16 North Carolina in midweek clash

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The No. 22 Campbell Fighting Camels welcome the No. 16 North Carolina Tar Heels to Jim Perry Stadium for the first of two matchups this season.

Campbell (8-3) is coming off a 2-2 week and a series win on the road against Georgia Southern. UNC (10-2) has won five straight games, including a series sweep against Princeton where they scored 35 total runs.

Last Time Out

Campbell took two of three to win the series against Georgia Southern. They scored 10 runs on Saturday and Sunday, knocking seven home runs from six different players on the weekend.

The two teams are meeting for the 50th time on Tuesday. The Camels trail in the overall series, 10-39, but won last year's lone matchup.
