SENIOR NIGHT
NATIONALLY RANKED DEFENSE
- Campbell is the only program in the nation to be ranked in the top-25 in scoring defense in each of the past seven seasons. UConn is the next closest program to accomplish the feat, having done so in six of the past seven seasons
- Campbell has held 41 opponents to 40 points or less and 103 opponents to 50 points or less in the Ronny Fisher era (since 2016-17)
- This season Campbell ranks:
- 10th nationally in scoring defense (54.6 points per game allowed)
- 35th nationally in field goal percentage defense (37.2%)
- 4th nationally in three-point percentage defense (25.4%)
- Additionally, Campbell ranks 18th nationally giving up only 13.6 fouls per game
LAST TIME OUT
- Campbell fell to Drexel 59-54 in a tightly-contested game Sunday afternoon at the John A. Daskalakis Athletic Center
- Four Camels finished in double-figures for the second-straight game led by Brittany Staves who finished with 12 points and five rebounds. Christabel Ezumah and Shy Tuelle each scored 11 points, Svenia Nurenberg added 10 while Gianni Boone added eight points off the bench
- Drexel led 15-10 after the first quarter and by as many as nine into the second. Campbell caught fire from behind the arc in the second period, going 5-of-5 from three and taking a 30-29 lead into halftime
- A 10-2 run put the Dragons ahead by eight into the third quarter before the Camels closed the period on a 6-0 run. Drexel led 51-45 with 4:38 to go before the Camels made it a one-point game following a layup by Staves and three from Nurenberg
- Saatman answered for Drexel, making her third three of the day forcing Campbell to cut it to a one-possession game again as Boone drained a pair of free throws and Nurenberg scored off a layup. A 10-second back court call on the Dragons gave Campbell the ball back with 25 seconds to go trailing 56-54 as Nurenberg's layup attempt hit off the front of the iron. Drexel ended the game making 3-of-4 free throws to seal the victory
- Campbell shot 47.6 percent (20-of-42) from the field, 35.0 percent (7-of-20) from three and made 7-of-8 free throws. Drexel finished shooting 46.0 percent (23-of-50) from the floor, 37.5 percent (6-of-16) from three and made 7-of-12 free throws
- Both teams finished even at 26-26 in points in the paint as the Dragons held a 28-24 edge on the boards
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
- Charleston owns a 19-8 record overall with an 11-5 mark in CAA play
- After dropping consecutive games for just the second time this season, Charleston bounced back with a 77-72 win over William & Mary last time out
- The Cougars rank 7th nationally with a 7.11 turnover margin, 12th forcing 20.96 turnovers per game, 14th with 15.2 offensive rebounds and 50th with 7.7 threes per game
- Charleston is led by fifth-year head coach Robin Harmony

- Fisher is 150-88 in his eighth season at the helm of the Camels and is closing in on 250 wins for his career with a 247-232 record

- Campbell is undefeated in games this year when it scores 60 points or more (12-0) and has scored over 60 in all but three wins this season
NUNEZ DROPPING DIMES
- Sophomore guard Gemma Nunez leads the team averaging 3.3 assists which ranks 8th in the CAA
- Nunez, who has recorded 5 or more assists in six games this season, holds a 1.28 assist/turnover ratio which ranks 7th in the CAA
SHARPSHOOTING SHY
- The program leader for three-pointers made, Shy Tuelle has remained as one of the best shooters from behind the arc in the nation
- Tuelle ranks 3rd in the CAA shooting 38.5 percent from behind the arc and 2nd in the league with 67 threes made on the year, averaging 2.48 per game
- The Hampton, Tenn. native has totaled 288 threes in her career and is one of 22 active Division-I players to have made 280 or more career three-pointers
EZUMAH EFFICIENCY
- Ezumah is one of the most efficient forwards in the nation shooting 57.1 percent from the field this season
- She ranks 16th amongst active Division-I players shooting 59.0 percent from the field for her career
- Despite playing the fifth-most minutes per game (24.2) on the team, Ezumah leads Campbell averaging a near double-double behind 12.4 points per game and 7.4 rebounds
ADVANTAGE IN THE CREEK
- Under head coach Ronny Fisher, Campbell has compiled a 82-33 (.711) record at home in Buies Creek including a 51-16 (.758) mark across the past five seasons
- Over the past seven seasons, Campbell has held foes to 49.4 points per game and outscored its opponents by an average of 12.0 points when playing inside Gore Arena
- Since the 2016-17 season, the Camels have held foes to 40 points or less 28 times at home
- Campbell finished non-conference play this season with a perfect 4-0 record and are currently 9-3 in The Creek this season
BLOCKING MACHINE
- Christabel Ezumah (43 blocks this season, 122 career blocks) has recorded four or more blocks in four games this season and ranks 55th nationally and 3rd in the CAA averaging 1.59 blocks per game
- She moved into 2nd on Campbell's all-time blocks list recording her 112th block against Northeastern on Jan. 28
- Ezumah previously recorded her 100th block against ETSU on Dec. 17 and moved into third on the program's all-time block list after recording her 102nd block at Stony Brook on Jan. 5
- Amanda Coffer (2013-16) owns the program record for career blocks at 163
HEAD COACH RONNY FISHER
- A three-time Big South Coach of the Year, Ronny Fisher is in his eighth season at the helm of Campbell women's basketball
- Over the previous seven seasons Campbell has won 135 games for an average of 19 wins per season
- Before leaving the Big South for the CAA, Fisher was the longest-tenured Big South coach in his 15th season and led all active coaches in the league with 232 wins overall including 146 in Big South play before the 2023-24 season
- Under Fisher, the Camels claimed the 2019-20 and 2021-22 Big South regular season titles and finished as Big South tournament runners-up in 2019, 2021 and 2022
- Fisher has also led Campbell to its first-ever WNIT berth in 2021-22 along with two other postseason appearances in the WBI. He helped the Camels claim their first ever postseason win in the 2019 WBI
- Previously served as head coach at Presbyterian (2008-16)
