Camels host league-leader William & Mary

BUIES CREEK - Campbell will look to stay hot when CAA-leading William & Mary visits Buies Creek on Thursday night. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. and will be available on FloCollege and YouTube as the CAA Game of the Week.

Game Day Promotions
We'll be turning back the clock on '70s night, with themed promos throughout including a costume contest, limbo at halftime, and bingo night with many prizes available. Prizes include a TV, PlayStation5, and more!

Series History
The Camels and Tribe have met just nine times, and renewed the series last season after a 19-year hiatus when Campbell joined the CAA. Campbell is 3-6 all-time against William & Mary and 2-2 at home.

The Camels downed the Tribe 77-64 last season behind 47 combined points from Anthony Dell'Orso and Laurynas Vaistaras. The Camels shot 62% on the night to earn the road victory.

Last Time Out
Campbell erased an 18-point deficit to win a 69-67 overtime thriller Saturday afternoon at Hofstra. Jasin Sinani splashed a three-pointer with a second left in regulation to force OT, and Colby Duggan hit the winner with a second left in overtime.

Nolan Dorsey turned in a career-high 22 thanks to 6-10 from downtown, the most made threes by a Camel this season.

The trio of Duggan, Dorsey, and Sinani combined to score all 49 of Campbell's points in the second half and overtime.

Scouting The Tribe
William & Mary comes in with a 13-8, 7-1 record and sitting atop the CAA standings. The Tribe began CAA play 5-0 before a setback at UNCW, and are now coming off back-to-back wins over Hampton and Monmouth.

The Tribe feature the highest scoring offense in the CAA with 81.5 ppg on a league-best .469 shooting percentage. It's a balanced scoring effort with nine players averaging six points or more.

William & Mary was picked to finish seventh in the CAA preseason poll under head coach Brian Earl in his first year at the helm.

Looking Ahead
Campbell hosts Hofstra in Gore Arena just a week after facing the Pride at their place. Tip-off is at 1 p.m. Saturday and will be broadcast on FloCollege.
