Scouting Charlotte: The 49ers enter this contest with a 4-3-2 record and 3-1-1 in their last five matches. Elias Arsvoll leads the team with 10 points (three goals, four assists) and a 0.636 shot-on-goal percentage. Leonard Stritter has played every minute between the pipes this season. The AAC Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year, he has a 1.00 GAA and a save percentage of 0.763. Kevin Langan is in his 14th season at the helm with 151 wins to his name. The squad is defending its American Conference Tournament Championship and was picked first in the AAC Preseason Poll for the second straight season.

Series History: The Camels are 3-18-2 in 22 matches against Charlotte. The 49ers came out on top in a 1-0 decision last season in the Queen City.

Last Time Out: Campbell earned a 3-2 home win over Charleston to move them into a tie with Elon at the top of the division.

Bandur Bags Honors: Freshman winger
Kristijan Bandur was named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week after the Camels defeated Radford and Charleston. The Slovenian recorded a goal and assist against Radford and the assist on the game-winning goal against Charleston.

Caught 100: Dustin Fonder became the third coach in Campbell history to surpass the century mark, joining Derrick Leeson (101 wins, 1991-2001) and Jim Cole (138 wins, '63-'75). Once he wins one more contest to surpass Leeson, Fonder will have the most Division I wins in school history, as Cole coached in CU's NAIA era.

Max Leviton is third in the CAA in goals against average (0.778), and second in shutouts (4) and save percentage (0.774).
Ethan Roberts is third in total goals (4) and game-winning goals (2).
Xander Martin is fourth in the league with three assists.

Dapaah and Matos earn Preseason Honors: Filipe Matos and
Evans Dapaah were named to the Preseason All-CAA Team as voted on by the coaches. Matos led the Camels in goals and points last year, while Dapaah was a strong mainstay within the Campbell midfield.

Returning Experience: Five Camels that recorded over 1,000 minutes in 2024 make their return to Eakes for the 2025 season.
