Camels make first visit to Northeastern

BOSTON - Campbell puts its seven-game win streak on the line when it makes its first-ever trip to Beantown to face Northeastern Thursday night at 7 p.m. The game will be streamed on FloCollege as well as a radio call on GoCamels.com and The Varsity Network App.

Series History
The Camels and Huskies met for the first time last year during Campbell's inaugural CAA season. Northeastern came up with a 10-point win in Buies Creek thanks to some hot shooting, connecting on 14 three-pointers that night.

Last Time Out
Campbell won its seventh straight game by beating NC A&T 66-62 Monday night in The Creek. After trailing by five at halftime, Campbell shot 71% in the second half to earn the comeback win. Colby Duggan led the way with 26 points, his second straight 20-point game.

Campbell welcomed in its largest crowd of the post-covid era that night with 2,232 fans in attendance.

Scouting The Huskies
Northeastern sits at 13-12, 5-7 in the CAA after a split last weekend winning at Hofstra and falling to Hampton at home. The Huskies have not played a game decided by more than 10 points since Jan. 4, now at 10 games in a row.

Rashad King is the centerpiece of the offense, averaging team-highs in points (17.8) and assists (3.5). The 6'6" junior's scoring jumps to 18.8 ppg in league play.

Looking Ahead
Campbell heads to Delaware for a tilt with the Blue Hens Saturday at 4 p.m. That one will also be available on FloCollege.
