Campbell picks up win at Charleston

Box Score CHARLESTON, S.C. - Campbell picked up a 4-3 win at the College of Charleston Friday afternoon.

The Camels grabbed the doubles point thanks to victories from Garcia/Kivity and Maras/Prospalova on courts two and three, both by scores of 6-4.

Trailing 2-0 in singles, Ilouna Aneca picked up CU's first singles win 6-3, 6-3 on court six.

After another Cougars singles win, Campbell needed each of the last two courts to go their way in three sets. Deren Ozel tied the match score at 3-3 by winning her match 4-6, 6-0, 6-4 on court five. Sonia Pieczynska was the deciding factor, winning 2-6, 6-2, 6-3 to give Campbell the win.
