WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Derek Holmes's RBI single in the 10
th inning sent William & Mary home with a 15-14 victory and series win over Campbell Sunday afternoon at Plumeri Park.

The Camels (16-23, 7-8 CAA) had 14 hits and scored two runs in the 10
th inning but gave up 19 hits and three runs in the final frame to the Tribe (15-24, 9-6).

Jackson Thompson and
Seth Farni each had RBIs in the 10
th, and Farni led the team with six RBI on the day. Not to be outdone, Christian Rush had a RBI single, Jamie Laskofski scored on a wild pitch and Holmes singled past the diving third baseman to end the game.

Nick Lottchea started for William & Mary after earning the win in Saturday's contest. He pitched just the first inning before he was replaced by Connor Kolarov. Noah Hertzler earned his first win of the season (1-0) after recording the final two outs.

Bryce Schares (1-2) is the pitcher of record for Campbell after throwing the last two frames.

Jake Murray started for the Camels for the second-straight Sunday. He recorded one strikeout and four walks in his 2.0+ innings and gave up three hits.

The Camels got on the board in the first inning for the second game in a row. The league leader in HBP,
Darnell Parker Jr., added another to his season tally to lead off the frame, then he advanced to third on a single from
Dalen Thompson.

Andrew Keller scored Parker from third with a groundout to the first baseman, giving CU the early advantage.

Kolarov faced two batters in the top of the second, hitting
Joey Morton and walking
Andrew Schuldt before he was replaced by Tom Bourque.

Seth Farni, who hit the hardest home run of the season for Campbell 110 mph and 426 feet over the wall in center for a grand slam.

William & Mary recorded their first hit in the third inning, a single to left field by Lucas Carmichael. A HBP and a walk from Murray loaded the bases with no outs, and Jamie Laskofski delivered a two-RBI single to cut into the Campbell lead.

Derek Holmes continued the Tribe rally with an RBI double to right center and forced Campbell to go to the bullpen for the first time and
Lleyton Grubich.

Charlie Iriotakis evened the score with another two-RBI single before Grubich retired the next three batters to get out of the frame.

The Tribe took the lead with one run in the bottom of the fourth, before Campbell retook the advantage in the top of the fifth. D. Thompson led off the frame with an infield single, then Keller put runners on the corners with a single of his own.

Charlie Meglio sent the 0-1 pitch into the left field corner for a two-RBI double. The throw home did beat Keller to the plate, but the catcher was unable to maintain control to apply the tag.

A HBP for Morton and a walk by Schuldt loaded the bases with no outs. J. Thompson walked and Farni was hit by a pitch to bring two more runners across, still with no outs. Reed Interdonato came in to face Schuldt, and he was replaced by Ryan Feczko after hitting Farni.

Joe Simpson before striking out Parker Jr., then D. Thompson singled for the second time in the inning for an RBI. In total, the Camels scored six runs on four hits, three walks and two hit-by-pitches.

Grubich settled down on the mound and faced just four batters in each of the fifth and sixth innings.
Â
The Tribe got a hold of Grubich in the seventh inning to the tune of three runs. Owen Wilson laced a two-RBI double, and Lucas Carmichael added a sacrifice fly.
Jett Music entered for Grubich and allowed a single and a walk to load the bases with two outs.

Ethan Snyder made his return to the mound and induced a flyout to center field to end the damage.

Schuldt hit an RBI single to center field in the eighth inning to put the Camels up by three, scoring Meglio on the play.

Snyder issued a walk to the first batter of the home half of the eighth before he was replaced by
Nick Biasi. He struck out the next two batters before allowing a single and putting runners at the corners. He then forced Ben Parker into a flyout to center to end the frame.

Bryce Schares entered the game in the ninth inning, and the Tribe had four straight hits to tie it at 12. Carmichael, Rush, Laskofski and Holmes brought the first two runs across, then Greco sent a sac fly to left for the tying run.

A fielder's choice and a strikeout ended the inning prior to the action in the 10
th.
