LUBBOCK, TEXAS – Campbell moved up to ninth in the team standings after Monday's second round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional at The Rawls Course.
For the second-straight day, wind gusts reached 30 miles per hour and only two players in the 64-golfer field are below par heading into Tuesday's final round.
No. 7 Wake Forest (289-287—576) continues to lead the 12-team event even par, eight strokes ahead of No. 6 Texas (290-294—584). Iowa State (298-304—602) and Arizona (305-297—602) are tied for third and UC Davis (307-296—602) is fifth. Campbell (310-302—612) is nine shots outside the line to qualify for the NCAA Championship with 18 holes remaining.

The top five teams (and top individual from non-qualifying teams) from each of six regional sites will advance to the NCAA Championship May 16-21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Champions Course in Carlsbad, Calif.
Carolina Chacarra (69-71—140) of Wake Forest and Farah O'Keefe (70-72—142) of Texas are the lone golfers in red numbers.
