HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – The Fighting Camels' defense withstood for a 0-0 draw on the road against Hofstra Sunday afternoon at Captains Field.

Campbell (2-4-3) moved to 0-1-1 in CAA play, while the Pride (3-1-6, 0-0-2) recorded its sixth consecutive draw.

Hofstra outshot the Camels 17-5, which is the third most faced by the CU defense this season.

The Pride only put two more shots on frame (4-2) than Campbell, as
Anais van Doesburg had four saves for the clean sheet. She had important saves in the waning moments of both halves to preserve the shutout.

Five different Camels each recorded a shot.

Hofstra created nine corner kick opportunities compared to Campbell's three, while the Camels were called for nine fouls to Hofstra's five.

Three Camels were shown yellow cards, and one Hofstra player was shown a yellow after time expired.
