Camels begin spring season at No. 3 UNC

BUIES CREEK - The Campbell women's tennis season gets underway tomorrow, Jan. 11 at No. 3 North Carolina.

The 2026 spring dual-match schedule features 19 total matches against a competitive mix of nationally ranked programs, regional opponents, and Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) foes.

"With a balanced schedule that blends high-level non-conference competition and crucial conference matches, the spring season sets the stage for us as we look to contend in the CAA and prepare for postseason play," Head Coach Mike Stevens said.

Campbell will be tested early with road matches against No. 3 North Carolina and #11 NC State. Campbell will also host Ole Miss at Cary Tennis Park on January 23 at 1:00 PM. Those early contests will provide an immediate measuring stick as the Camels transition into a demanding spring slate.

The Fighting Camels will play 10 home matches at the Nisbet Tennis Center, including five CAA conference matchups. The home schedule gives Campbell multiple opportunities to compete in front of its fans while building momentum during league play.

CAA competition will run throughout March and early April before the season concludes at the CAA Women's Tennis Championship, hosted by William & Mary from April 17-19.

The complete spring schedule, including dates, opponents, and match times, is available at gocamels.com.
