BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell junior guard
Jasmine Felton was selected to the CAA preseason all-conference second team, the conference announced Thursday afternoon as part of CAA Media Day.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., this Felton's second recognition on an all-conference team of her career after being named a member of the CAA All-Rookie Team following the 2024-25 season.
Felton started all 32 games for the Camels last season and led the team with 6.1 rebounds. She was second on the team in minutes played, trailing the leader by just one minute.
An efficient scorer at all three levels, Felton shot .456 from the field, .306 from distance and made free throws at a .820 clip. She scored in double figures 19 times last year and recorded double doubles against Tulane and Towson. Her 24-point performance against Furman set a career high, and against Mercer Felton was 7-of-8 from the field.
Felton was also one of the best defenders in the conference last year, tallying 41 steals and 35 blocks, finishing the year sixth in the league in blocks per game. She had five rejections against UNCW, setting a career high and helping the team set a new program record with 13 blocks in a single game.
