JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Campbell opened its spring schedule Monday with the first two rounds of the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate, hosted by the University of North Florida at the Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.
Fanni Gronlund is tied for 31st individually and Campbell is ninth on the team leader board heading into Tuesday's final round on the par-72, 6346-yard Fuzzy Zoeller design.
Leonie Wulfers of Florida Gulf Coast was the lone golfer in the 84-player field to finish the day in red numbers (71-69—140) and holds a six-shot edge through 36 holes.
Gronlund (82-73—155) completed the second round at plus-11, while
Jade Potter (78-79—157) and
Isabella Hahne were tied for 41st (82-75—157).
Izabella Grimbrandt (79-81—160) was T53 and
Linn Svedlund (85-76—161) T59 entering Tuesday's action.
With three players among the top five individuals, No. 29 Oklahoma State (295-295—590) holds a two-shot edge over FGCU (293-299—592). No. 51 Tulsa is third (299-306—605) in the 14-team field. Campbell (319-303—622) stands just four shots out of sixth place and six strokes in front of No. 73 Miami (314-314—628).
