BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Logan Graf, Erik Johansson and Benjamin Killingstad of Campbell University have been named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America. 
 
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of at least 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
 
Graf, Johansson and Killingstad are among 649 NCAA Division I athletes from 210 schools to earn 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.
 
"These three men are leaders on our team, and this honor exemplifies being complete student-athletes," said head coach Matt Moot, who was a two-time All-America Scholar during his playing career.  "I could not be more proud of them for the work they put in on a daily basis to earn this award and the example they provide to their teammates."
 
As a finance major, Graf graduated with a 3.96 GPA and owns a 4.0 mark while pursuing his MBA.  In his second year at Campbell after transferring from Eastern Michigan, the native of Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada compiled a 74.4 stroke average while competing in nine of the team's 10 tournaments.
 
Graf finished T1st at Georgia Southern Bash in the Boro and was in the lineup for team wins at Palmetto Intercollegiate and Cutter Creek Intercollegiate.  He has been named to the CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll in each of his semesters at Campbell and was also selected Academic All-District in 2026 by the College Sports Communicators.
 
"From earning the University's top Senior in Finance award, to achieving a perfect 4.0 in his entire time at Campbell, to being a tournament medalist, Logan is someone who will be successful in whatever path he chooses, now and in the future," said Moot.
 
He played par, or better golf, 5 times over 26 rounds.  At the Bash in the Boro (70-68-68—206), Graf shot collegiate lows in the second and third rounds.  He fired the team's low score in final round of CAA Championship.
 
A junior from Hollviken, Sweden, Johansson already owns the fourth-lowest career scoring average (72.354) in Campbell men's golf Division I (since 1985) history.  He has posted eight top-10 finishes in 33 tournaments and played par, or better, golf in 41 of 96 career rounds with 17 rounds in the 60s.
 
Johansson has compiled a 3.69 grade-point average as a double major in finance and international business.  A two-time CSC Academic All-District choice, he was also named Cobalt Golf All-American Scholar in 2025 by the Golf Coaches Association of America.  He has earned CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition in each of his three years at Campbell.
 
"Erik is one of the hardest workers I have had the privilege to coach, and it shows in the effort and drive he has to be successful in everything it takes to be a top student-athlete," said Moot.
 
During the 2025-26 season, Johansson led the team with 71.45 scoring average (6th-lowest in school history, 3rd-lowest among junior class records) and was named second-team All-CAA after playing all 10 events.  He compiled four top-10 finishes, played par, or better, golf 14 times in 26 rounds and was ranked No. 389 nationally.
 
He posted a season-best T3 finish at the Cutter Creek Intercollegiate (66-74-70—210), where he matched his collegiate low score in the opening round and helped his team to first-place finish. As a freshman in 2024, Johansson was named the CAA rookie of the year and participated in the NCAA Chapel Hill regional. 
 
Killingstad already stands 13th in CU men's golf history with a 73.02 career stroke average.  The sophomore from Blommenholm, Norway has played par, or better, golf 24 times in 61 career rounds with five career top-10 finishes.  The 2025 CAA rookie of the year has also earned CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll distinction in each of his four semesters.  He was also named Academic All-District this season by the College Sports Communicators.
 
In addition to compiling a 3.85 GPA as a double major in economics and finance, Killingstad posted four top-20 finishes during his sophomore season, including two top-10s while playing all 10 events.  He compiled a 72.59 scoring average, which stands as the fifth-best ever by a Campbell sophomore, and played par, or better, golf 13 times in 29 rounds.
 
"Benji is extremely competitive and loves the game of golf," said Moot.  "In order to be his best, he understands the demands in the classroom and on the golf course and he tackles them all head on."
 
Killingstad turned in his best collegiate performance – a runner-up finish – at the Palmetto Intercollegiate (70-64-79—203, -7), where he shot a collegiate low 6-under 64 in the second round and helped the Camels earn the CAA title.
 
Campbell men's golfers have attained All-America Scholar status 27 times since 2011.  Henrik Lilja (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) was the first four-time GCAA All-America Scholar in CU history, while Mitch Gray (2011, 2012), Matt Moot (2010, 2011), Craig Hornberger (2016, 2017), Ray Kraivixien (2018, 2019), Jesper Svensson (2018, 2019), Pontus Nyholm (2020, 2021), Claude Churchward (2022, 2023), Henric Bjelke (2024, 2025) and Johansson (2025, 2026) were two-time honorees.  Mikko Lehtovuori (2015), Thomas La Morte (2017), Edwin Blomander (2023), Alejandro Cogollo (2023), Graf (2026) and Killingstad (2026) have earned the honor once.
