Marcus Mize, a senior sprinter and hurdler from Edenton, N.C., is in his fourth season with the Campbell track & field program. He holds personal records of 7.94s in the 60m, 24.87s in the 200m, 53.12s in the 400m, 9.08s in the 60m hurdles, 16.41s in the 100m hurdles and 58.15s in the 400m hurdles. He has competed in four meets thus far during the 2017-18 indoor season. Mize is majoring in Pharmaceutical Science at Campbell.

Why did you decide to compete in track & field: I really enjoy competition.
Who was your greatest influence growing up: My parents because they always pushed me to be better than I was yesterday and to always treat people with respect.

Which professional athlete would you most like to meet: Eli Tomac. He is a professional motocross racer and I think he is one of the most respectful and respected athletes in his sport.
