Katie Lockwood both netted goals in the second half to mount a comeback as Campbell topped Longwood 2-1 Wednesday night.

Alexa Genas struck for her ninth goal of the season and the 41
st of her career to secure the comeback win for the Camels (9-3-2, 5-1-1 Big South) in the 84
th minute. Genas' game-winner marked the sixth of the season and helped her move into dual possession of eighth place on the Big South Conference all-time goals lists alongside Radford's Nikki Porter (2001-04).
"I am really proud of our team for tonight's performance," said Campbell head coach Samar Azem. "Longwood is an excellent team and very good defensively, they don't give up a lot of goals and we did very well to take care of the ball and create a lot of fantastic chances."
Campbell's win extended its win streak to four games and helped them to stay in second place in the Big South standings with just three games remaining in the regular season.
"To come away with three points and a great performance is fantastic," continued Azem.
Longwood's Madison Lockamy opened the scoring line in the 28
th minute by pushing one past the Campbell keeper.
Reaghan Duval recorded her sixth win of the season by allowing just one goal and tallying five saves over the full 90 minutes.
In her first game back since September 28,
Katie Lockwood served as the equalizer in the 61
st minute by taking the feed from
Rosie O'Neal on the breakaway where she finished for the score, her seventh of the year.
"We had a lot of players perform with a lot of leadership today. Rosie was absolutely phenomenal, Parker was unbeatable in the air, and McKenna and Callie led us very well in the back. Overall though this team performed together, a full performance from every player investing in their role. I love how much they believe in each other and themselves."
Campbell returns to action on Saturday with a home date against at 7:00 p.m.
