BUIES CREEK, N.C. – After a two game road swing, Campbell returns to Barker-Lane Stadium to face Bucknell at 1:00 p.m. Saturday.
Following the game, the team will host a free lacrosse clinic, open to all children 12 and under.

Last time out
Campbell came out of its road trip with a split,
topping George Washington 11-9 for the its first win of the 2020 campaign. The Camels' 7-0 run wrapped into the second half, going up 8-3, helping CU hold off the Colonials.
At Mount St. Mary's on Wednesday afternoon, the Mountaineers posted 10 second half goals to take the 18-7 win over the visiting Camels.
Megan Matthews paced Campbell with a season-high three goals.
Julianna Sanchez and
Sam Carey added two goals apiece, with Sanchez snagging six draw controls.
Salim, Sanchez take Big South weekly honors
Following a win at George Washington, Campbell's
Alex Salim and Sanchez were named
Big South players of the week. Salim was named Big South Defensive Player of the Week, while Sanchez claimed the league's Freshman of the Week honor for the second time this season.
Salim secured 13 saves with two ground balls for the Camels in an 11-9 win on the road at George Washington on Sunday. The redshirt junior helped Campbell hold its opponent to single digit goals for the first time this season in addition to earning its first win of the 2020 campaign.
Sanchez, meanwhile, netted her third hat trick of the season, posting four goals to help Campbell top GW. The Annapolis, Md. native registered three of her game-high four goals in the first half, sparking Campbell to an 8-3 lead, adding another in the second frame to help hold off the Colonials. The redshirt freshman added three draw controls in the win.
Leading the Camels
Sanchez paces the Camels with 19 points on 18 goals, adding 23 draw controls, while
Mackenzie Kolesar owns 10 goals and three assists. Matthews has dished out a team-high nine assists with seven goals, while Carey and
Laura Will have combined for 26 points.
Carey tacks on a team-high 26 draw controls with 12 ground balls, while
Rebekah Taylor has posted 16 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers.
Anna Ryan has also caused 11 turnovers with 16 ground balls. Salim, meanwhile, owns a .470 save percentage in goal for CU.
Scouting Bucknell
Bucknell has dropped four straight contests heading into Saturday's matchup, coming in at 2-4 on the season, falling at Robert Morris 11-9 on February 29.
Eve Calabria leads the Bison with 21 points on 11 goals and 10 assists, while Tegan Warren and Morgan Steinhacker have registered nine goals apiece. Abby Neff anchors the Bucknell defense with 17 ground balls and eight caused turnovers, and Caitlin Tucker owns a .533 save percentage.
The series
Saturday will be the first meeting between Campbell and Bucknell.
Next up
Campbell will host Delaware State on Wednesday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. for Education Day at Barker-Lane Stadium. The Camels will wrap up their nonconference schedule on the road at Old Dominion on March 14 before starting Big South play at Winthrop on March 28.
