Brooklyn McDaniel added 12 points while Kennedy Gavin recorded 11 points and five boards for Jacksonville State (6-4).
Brittany Staves scored a team-high 14 points and added five boards for Campbell (5-6) in its final non-conference game of the season. Gianni Boone added 12 points, seven boards and four assists while Christabel Ezumah recorded six points, 12 rebounds and three blocks.

The Camels trailed 15-12 at the end of the first quarter and saw the deficit grow to as many as 15 in the opening half thanks in part to 12 first half points by Shaw.
Staves cut the deficit to as few as five points in the fourth quarter after knocking down two threes and making a jumper in the paint on three consecutive possessions. Jax State responded by increasing the gap with a 7-0 run over the final three minutes of play.
The Gamecocks shot 30.5 percent (18-59) from the field but scored scored 19 points off 21 turnovers and made more free throws (16-22) than Campbell attempted (7-13). The Camels shot 36 percent (17-47) from the floor but hit 6-of-20 three pointers. CU out-rebounded Jax State 41-37 and held a 9-2 edge in fast break points.
