VERONA, WIS. – Douglas Nordlof shot an even-par 72 Tuesday and Campbell finished 16th on the team leader board at the Badger Invitational, hosted by the University of Wisconsin at University Ridge Golf Course.
 
Two freshmen – Erik Johansson (72-74-73—219) and Joachim Larsen Tegner (68-73-79—220) led the Camels in scoring, followed by Nordlof (76-74-72—222), Tim Holmberg (74-80-74—228) and Henric Bjelke (78-81-82—241).
 
Florida Gulf Coast (274-286-291—851) won the 18-team event by one stroke over Illinois State and Middle Tennessee State.  Campbell (290-301-298—889) finished ahead of A-10 member Loyola Chicago and Maryland of the Big Ten.
 
The Camels return to action Oct. 15-16 in the Georgetown Intercollegiate at Woodmont CC in Rockville, Md.
