Benjamin Killingstad (68-72—140) is second at 2-under on the par-71 Donald Ross design and Rees Jones update. Sophomore
Joachim Larsen Tegner is tied for third (68-73—141), while senior
Henric Bjelke is tied for sixth (67-76—143) and senior
Douglas Nordlof T8th (71-73—144). Sophomore
Erik Johansson is T26th (74-76—150) heading into Tuesday's final round.
The Camels were 10-under as a team Monday morning with Killinstad, Larsen Tegner and Bjelke all shooting season-low rounds in the 60s. As wind gusts approached 30 miles per hour in the afternoon, no team in the 12-school field combined for a score of par, or better.
Campbell (274-294—568) leads Princeton (280-291—571) by three shots, while Georgetown (292-290—582) is third.
William Huang of Princeton (65-70—135) is the individual leader in the 60-player field.
Bjelke made five birdies and just one bogey Monday morning while recording his lowest round (67) in four seasons with the Camels. Killingstad's opening rounded included five birdies and an eagle.
